Welcome to Apartments Flora!
We offer 15 studios (12 double and 3 triple) and three one-bedroom apartments located in a new building (built 2017).
We are located opposite the entrance of the Sea Garden next to the exposition center "FLORA" about 150 meters from the park and the beach. The place is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for nice and relaxing holiday.
In the area you'll find lots of useful amenities: ATMs, a pharmacy, 2 bakeries, sandwich shops, pizzas, cafes, two supermarkets called "Flora", fast food, a few nice restaurants, fruits and vegetables shops, two hairdresser salons and many others. We are extremely close to the healing lye.
Each studio and apartment has its own bathroom, kitchenette, equipped with ceramic hobs (excluding one of the studios), a refrigerator, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, iron, kitchen utensils and cutlery. There is also an AC unit in each property. All rooms feature flat-screen TVs with high-speed WIFi. The beds and mattresses are nice and comfortable. In most rooms they are single (combined into a double 1.64/2m, but can also be used seperately if needed), however there are studios and apartments which feature a full double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Public parking is available in front and around the building. The cost is 2lev per hour (Operating hours: 11am-8pm Monday to Sunday, May to September, and 9am-7pm Monday-Friday, October to April.
There is also private underground parking available for the price of 12lev per day. Please note that reservations are not possible and spaces are subject to availability.
Guests who stay with us for longer than four days can enjoy the use of a shared self-service laundry room (only available to our guests).
We issue tax invoices.
